薄膜硬度是指在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試條件下獲得的顯微維氏硬度。

熱穩(wěn)定性是指在常溫條件下涂層的耐受最高溫度。
Thermal stability refers to the tolerance of the maximum temperature of coating under normal conditions.
